This document explains the privacy policy and practices of Repair-windows.com, a web-based PC maintenance and repair service operated by Repair-windows ("Repair-windows" or the "Service"). This Policy is part of the Terms of Service for using Repair-windows.

At Repair-windows, protecting your personal information is an essential part of our Service. This Policy explains what personal information we collect from you, why we collect it and how we use it.

What Personal Information Do We Collect?
Personal information is any information that can be used to identify an individual, such as your name, physical address, contact information (e.g., email address, phone number), title, and occupation.

To set up a free call with a PC expert, we ask for your name and phone number so that one of our PC experts may call you and walk you through the process of how our software works.

To list your business on our site we will collect the zip code, state, city and Name of the company. To remove yourself from our list you may contact us at support@Repair-windows.com at any time.

To add a new location we will ask for your name and email address and location information of the business you wish to add a location for. We will ask for the name, address, phone number, fax number, email address and website of the business you wish to add.

Lastly, as stipulated above to provide you with online chat support, we use Kayako. Kayako collects both personal (name and email) as well as anonymous information.

Online Registration Form
Our site may contain registration forms that require users to provide us with contact information form such as their names and email address. We use this information to send you news and updates and promotional material about our products or from some of our partners. We do not pass this information to third parties other than the people working with the product or website. Users may opt out of any unwanted emails by the remove option in the emails or by contacting us directly at support@Repair-windows.com.

Subscribing to our blog
In order to subscribe to our blog we will ask for your email address, we use this information for the sole purpose of notifying you when we have posted a new blog or when someone has commented on a blog that you have commented on.

Ordering our service
To order our service you must choose which option works best for you, once you click on order now you will be directed to our third party payment gateways domain. Although this page may have the look and feel of Repair-windows.com please make sure that you are aware that you are now on our third party payment processor's site in order to complete your transaction. The name, card number, expiration date, and email address will be collected to process your request. Your name and email address will be shared back with us in order for us to provide you with your key to complete the process. We do not have any access to the credit card information you submitted to our payment processor. The payment processors privacy policy governs the collection and use of the information collected during the check out process.

We also collect technical information about your computer in order to carry out the Repair-windows Service. This includes your IP Address, browser type, Inventory Description File (which we create as part of the system scanning process) and your Customer Configuration. Your technical information is associated with your personal account. This information is used to understand what a correct configuration for your computer should look like, what your actual configuration contains, and what files we need to retrieve and install to repair your computer or to carry out other functions of the Service that you have selected. Note: We do not make copies of your program or data files on your computer to perform the Service.

How Do We Use Your Personal Information?
We will only use your personal information in the way that we described at the time of collection, including when you provide your information to download the free scan. We will not subsequently change the way your personal information is used without your consent.


Accessing and Updating Your Personal Information

We may share certain personal information with trusted vendors to carry out a transaction you have requested (e.g., sharing card payment information with our credit card processor to obtain payment of fees and to activate your subscription to the Service).
